OVERVIEW

Superior Community Management is a full-service company serving condominium associations throughout greater New Haven. We make sure that day-to-day operations of our client condominium buildings and complexes are run smoothly and efficiently. Our goal is homeowner satisfaction. Therefore, in addition to technical and fiduciary expertise, we are proud of the superior customer service we offer to you. We promise quick responses to all of your requests and needs, both small and large—from the replacement of a hallway light bulb to a thorough review to identify the best and most cost-effective roofer. We make weekly visits to your property to check on maintenance or repair work that has been done, such as grass cutting or electrical repairs, as well as to inspect the grounds, both outside and inside common areas. When we notice something is amiss, for example, a safety issue posed by a precariously hanging tree branch or even cracks in a concrete walkway, we will bring it to the Executive Board’s attention. Our mission is to ensure that your property is maintained and preserved. We treat your property with the respect and care that you deserve.

For the ten years I have worked with condominium associations, I have been dedicated to providing superior service to Board members and homeowners. As Management Specialist at Superior Community Management, I am committed to providing greater New Haven condominium associations with the time and attention needed to ensure that their properties remain in excellent physical and financial health. My management strategy consists of good communication with Board members and homeowners, along with setting and working toward the dual goals of property preservation and improvement.
